Please reach us at tyson@gec2.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
No. We teach riding basics from the ground up. Polo riders typically need more saddle time than casual riders, so everyone starts with fundamentals—balance, seat, basic commands—before swinging.
No. School horses, saddles, mallets, and balls are all included. The only thing we recommend kids own is their own helmet (for fit & safety), but we provide a loaner on day one. Long pants and boots with a heel are required.
Safety is our top priority. We use ASTM-certified helmets, calm school horses, and small class sizes for close supervision. Megan is trained in first aid. We're outdoors at a working ranch, so accidents are always possible—but we do everything to prevent them. Waivers cover liability; we recommend checking your homeowner's insurance.
Fill out an enrollment form (takes 5 minutes), then sign digital waivers (also 5 minutes). You can do it all on your phone. Once signed, your child can start at the next class date. If you have questions, call Megan at 414-651-8091.
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to watch from the sidelines or stay in the arena. It's fun to see the progress week to week. We ask you stay out of the riding area during active play.
Graduates can join club chukkers (friendly games), book private lessons, or re-enroll in the next session. Some kids do both school sessions (fall & spring) to stay sharp. It's up to you.
